JOB DETAILS

ตำแหน่ง : Import & Export Manager


รายละเอียดงาน

1. Planning all Logistics procedures.
2. Cooperate with transport team to deliver the product to warehouse, port or customer by truck or trailer.
3. Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air, sea or overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines, and other suppliers.
4. Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time.
5. Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement.
6. Control and take all response about outsource material purchasing (source, quotation & delivery term, payment condition, material incoming to factory (freight, custom clearance, transportation) and usage planning).
7. Issue PO, all payments such as advance / balance payment, import tax, shipping expense, liner / freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense.
8. Recheck all import & export documents (invoice, packing list, C/O Form A, D, E , BL, LC, or other).
9. Other tasks as assigned by General Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Age up to 30 years old with 3-8 years experience in this field.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
3. Knowledge of export documents such as Invoice, Packing list, CO Form A, E, D, B/L, LC with ship liner, freight forwarder, customs and FDA.
4. Knowledge skill for apply import FDA license regulation.
5. Good command in English and Japanese (N2 or N1) both written and spoken.
6. Good negotiation skill, and good communication skill.
7. Good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
8. Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively.
9. Be able to use Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office, AS400 (System).
