• Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget. • Establish the project manpower plan including control and monitoring and send the man power report to senior analysis and project controller. • Assist the Project Controls Manager with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions. • Meet all established project deadlines. • Manages the Project documentation repositories • Coordinate with the Financial Administrators to ensure project invoices are accurately prepared and timely submitted • Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment • Resource load schedules on projects.
