Position : Legal Senior Chief / Expert


Jobdescribe

1. To draft and review commercial contracts and documents, Including meeting with relevant parties with respect to contract matter.
2. To provide legal advice on legal related matters so as to minimize potential legal risk and cope with the company's business operation.
3. To coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source.
4. To research laws and government regulations for all department awareness and action.
5. To complete all assignment assign.

Qualifications

1. Age not exceeding 35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Law with a Thai lawyer license/ Barrister at law.
3. Notarial service attorney (preferable)
4. At least 7-year-experience in corporate legal field.
5. Strong experience in drafting & reviewing contract or legal documents and handing labor dispute & litigation.
6. Intensive experience in factory, environment or tax law related field.
7. On the job experience in law firm (tier-one firm) will be advantage.
